Pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan di bidang pendidikan: Pengenalan kepada mahasiswa di Tiga Universitas Kristen di Jawa
Abstract
Teknologi berbasis kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence, AI) menarik minat masyarakat, serta melahirkan berbagai presepsi mengenai AI. Ada masyarakat yang percaya dan bersemangat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis AI, ada juga yang takut dengan dampak negatif dari teknologi ini. Untuk dapat menggunakan teknologi berbasis AI secara bijaksana dan bertanggung jawab, dibutuhkan pengetahuan dasar mengenai AI. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan cara kerja dasar AI dan teknologi berbasis AI yang dapat bermanfaat di bidang pendidikan. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, peserta diharapkan untuk mengerti perinsip dasar dari AI, dan kemudian dapat menyimpulkan cara bijak dalam memakai teknologi berbasis AI, terutama untuk implementasinya di bidang pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil survei dan diskusi, tampak bahwa peserta kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat telah memahami keunggulan serta drawback dari AI. Peserta kegiatan ini juga dapat mengambil sikap mengenai penggunaan teknologi berbasis AI dengan bijak.
