DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEMS TO SELECTION SMARTWATCH USING ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) METHOD
Abstract
Smartwatch, new technology watches is in such high demand because it can serve as smartphones. Many types smartwatch that has been marketed , but many criteria and lack of knowledge about the smartwatch .However it requires a consideration in making a decision on choosing smartwatch . So it needs a system that can help to provide recommendations in selecting smartwatch. Decision Support System (DSS) using Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) method.This paper discusses about recommendation system to choose smartwatch using 6 kinds of criteria, such as kompatibility , resistanceelement , storage , connectivity , battery , and prices.Each of these are given weight base on the weighting of Thomas L. Saaty. It’s calculating consistency using AHP method. If the weight of these criteria have been consistent, it can be used as a reference to provide a ranking of a suitablesmartwatch. System testing conducted by 10 users with background enthusiasts smartwatch with the way users try the system and fill the system polling satisfaction levels . The level of satisfaction obtained from three aspects (interface , how to use the system , and the resulting output system ) .
