Peran Mediasi Motivasi Intrinsik Pada Hubungan Antara Developmental Feedback dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract


The aim of this study was to examine the relationship of developmental feedback with intrinsic motivation, relationship developmental feedback with job performance, and the role of intrinsic motivation as variables that mediate the relationship developmental feedback with job performance. This study used survey method. The sampling technique was used simple random sampling with amount of sample 110 employees. The measurement of respondents to the questionnaire used a 7 point Likert-type scale. As for testing the hypothesis using path analysis. Simple linear regression to determine the relationship developmental feedback with intrinsic motivation and relationship developmental feedback with job performance. Multiple linear regression to determine the intrinsic motivation as a mediating variable relationship developmental feedback with job performance. Analysis of the data found that the developmental feedback positively related to intrinsic motivation, and developmental feedback related to job performance. And intrinsic motivation mediates the relationship between developmental feedbacks with job performance. This study has limitation include the data collection method used is by using questionnaire. The weakness is the existence of factor that influence the opinion of the respondents in answering the questionnaire as the bustle of the respondents because of time constraints and also the lack of respondents understanding to the questionnaire proposed indicators.
