PENGARUH MOTIVASI KARYAWAN PADA TRANSFER PENGETAHUAN (Studi Pada Perawat di RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen)
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of employee motivation on knowledge transfer. The sample used was a nurse in dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen with simple random sampling technique
This study took a sample of 156 respondents consisting of the nurses who work in dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. Analyses were performed by multiple regression analysis using the Statistics Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 14, the method of analysis used in this study is the linear regression After testing the validity, reliability, and classical assumption test. This study examined the effect of motivation on knowledge transfer. Extrinsic motivation consists of four dimensions, namely high-powered incentive, recognition, promotion, stabilty. intrinsic motivation consists of four dimensions. namely self-confidence, autonomy, honesty, and
membership. Knowledge transfer consists of five dimensions, namely learning, sharing ideas, knowledge sharing, consensus, contact. Results of the study indicates both extrinsic and intrinsic motivation motivational effect on knowledge transfer The limitations in this study are on the minimum number of variables in our model, so that future research is expected that the development of models such as the addition of a
variable in the study. Referring to the results of the study are expected to give more attention to the company's employee appreciation, employee opportunity to improvise, and improved communication between employees in the transfer of knowledge within the company.
