Abstract


The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership behavior and POS also the interaction of both on job satisfaction. Samples in this study were 110 employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X Klaten and taken by the convenience sampling methods. The analytical method used was Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study is, the first, from two dimensions of leadership behavior only consideration leadership behaviors affects positf on job satisfaction, while the initiating structure of leadership behaviors has a negative effect on job satisfaction. Second, POS positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, the interaction of leadership behavior and POS has no influence on job satisfaction.
