Keterkaitan Antara Faktor-faktor Organisasional, Identifikasi Organisasi, Keterikatan Alumni, dan Dukungan Alumni Pada Almamater
Abstract
This study aims to examine the correlation among organizational factors (organizational distinctiveness, organizational prestige, perceived competition inter organizational, perceived competition intra organizational), organizational identification, alumni engagement, and alumni support to the almamater.This is a causal research. Population of this research is Alumni of Sebelas Maret University. Samples were taken 186 respondent using Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). This research used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with following tested are validity, reliability, and classic test assumption.The result of this research is organizational factors (organizational distinctiveness, organizational prestige, perceived competition inter organizational, perceived competition intra organizational) positively and significantly related with alumni identification to the alma mater.Besides that, alumni identification to the alma mater positively and significantly related withalumni engagement, alumni identification to the alma mater positively and significantly related with alumni support, and alumni engagement positively and significantly related to alumni support to the alma mater.
