Analisis Adaptasi dan Persebaran Spesies Mangrove di Jawa Tengah

Abstract

Mangrove merupakan ekosistem pesisir yang memiliki fungsi ekologis dan ekonomis penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adaptasi dan persebaran spesies mangrove di Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei lapangan dan analisis data spasial yang diperoleh dari citra satelit Landsat 8 serta Google Earth Engine. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 13 spesies mangrove yang teridentifikasi, dengan jenis paling umum yaitu Rhizophora apiculata, Avicennia officinalis, dan Sonneratia alba. Spesies mangrove menunjukkan berbagai bentuk adaptasi terhadap kondisi lingkungan ekstrem pesisir. Persebaran spesies dipengaruhi oleh faktor fisik, biotik, dan aktivitas manusia. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman terhadap adaptasi dan persebaran mangrove dapat menjadi dasar dalam upaya konservasi dan pengelolaan ekosistem pesisir yang berkelanjutan.
