PENERAPAN PERATURAN PRESIDEN (PERPRES) NOMOR 64 TERHADAP PESERTA MANDIRI BPJS DI DESA BANJARAN

Abstract


Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 64 of 2020 concerning the Second Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2018 concerning Health Insurance aims to change the amount of BPJS contributions for PBPU and BP participants. This legal research method uses empirical legal research oriented to primary data (research results in the field). This study aims to determine how the implementation of Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 64 of 2020 concerning the Second Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2018 concerning Health Insurance.The application of Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 64 of 2020 concerning the Second Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2018 concerning Health Insurance for BPJS independent participants is less than optimal in its implementation. Barriers to implementation Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 64 of 2020 is the lack of public readiness for the increase in contributions after the pandemic and the existence of problems in the legal perspective in its formation.  To overcome obstacles, the government needs to review the presidential decree.
