ANALISIS PERUBAHAN SOSIAL EKONOMI MASYARAKAT AKIBAT RENOVASI LAPANGAN DESA (STUDI KASUS DI DESA BLULUKAN KECAMATAN COLOMADU)

Abstract

A village has the right of autonomy to manage assets or economic resources owned by the village, one of which is a sports field that can be utilized by the community to support life and grow the economy. Renovation efforts are one of the efforts that can be made by the village to maximize the potential of the village sports field. One of the villages that carried out the renovation effort is Blulukan Village, which is located in Colomadu District, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java Province. The renovation efforts have undeniably caused various new impacts felt by the village community, especially in the social and economic fields. Therefore, the objectives of this study are: (1) to know the form of management of the village sports field, (2) to know the utilization of the village field by the community before it was renovated, and (3) to know the social and economic impacts felt by the community after the renovation of the village field. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The theory used in this research is Himes and Moore's theory which examines the occurrence of social change through 3 (three) dimensions, namely the structural dimension, cultural dimension, and interactional dimension. The results show that the field renovation efforts have changed the regulation of village field utilization due to the involvement of third parties intertwined with the Blulukan Village Government through a utilization cooperation system. This has made the village community feel the changes in field utilization with limited access to field use. In addition, the impact in the economic field is also felt by the community with the availability of new jobs as traders and parking attendants at the PKL shelter located just south of the Blulukan Village Sports Field.
