ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERMINTAAN DAGING SAPI DI PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors influencing beef demand in Province DKI Jakarta and analyze the elasticity of demand for beef. The basic research method uses descriptive quantitative method with a secondary data analysis approach. The location of the study was carried out deliberately in Province DKI Jakarta. The data type used is secondary data over a period of 11 years (2011-2021). The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis show that the price of beef, the price of snapper, the price of milkfish, and income per capita all affect the demand for beef in Jakarta. Partially, the variables that influence the demand for beef in Province DKI Jakarta with a 95% confidence level are snapper prices and per capita income and at a 90% confidence level, the price of milkfish has a significant effect on the demand for beef in Province DKI Jakarta.
