STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA KLASTER JAMUR DI KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO
Abstract
Mushroom producers in Sukoharjo Regency are members of a cluster formed by the Sukoharjo Regency government but have experienced a decrease in the number of members and insufficient production demand. This study aims to identify internal and external factors, formulate alternative strategies, and determine strategic priorities that can be applied by the Sukoharjo Regency mushroom cluster. The basic method of this study is descriptive. The location of the study was the mushroom cluster of Sukoharjo Regency. The analytical tools used in this study are (1) IFE and EFE Matrices, (2) IE Matrices, (3) SWOT Matrices, (4) QSPM. The main strength lies in the
cooperation network in a good cluster with a score of 0.445. The main weakness with the lowest score of 0.094 is innovation that is still lacking. The main opportunity with the highest score of 0.393 lies in the potential for high market demand. The main threat is production raw materials that are difficult to obtain with a score of 0.282. The strategic position of the sukoharjo regency mushroom cluster business is in position V (guarding and maintaining). Alternative strategies that can be developed are optimizing the existing market potential, maximizing the role of the government, improving management, increasing capital from financial institutions, increasing production capacity, establishing cooperation between clusters, managingand improving good relations between members, improving and improving product quality. The priority of the strategy based on the results of the QSPM is to increase production capacity.
