ANALISIS KINERJA RANTAI PASOK (SUPPLY CHAIN) SAYURAN DAUN PT LION SUPER INDO, LLC (SUPER INDO) BEKASI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the flow and performance of the leaf vegetable supply chain at DCA PT Lion Super Indo, LLC (Super Indo) Bekasi. This research method is a descriptive qualitative method. This research is located at DCA PT Lion Super Indo, LLC (Super Indo) Bekasi. The data were analyzed using the SCOR Model. The results show that the company has three streams in the supply chain; flow of goods, money, and information. The flow of goods starts from suppliers – DCA – Super Indo – Consumers. The money flow starts from the store that pays for the company's sales which will later be used to pay suppliers. The information flow is carried out in two directions. The company's supply chain performance has been running well, marked by the value of delivery performance (90.93%), standard compliance (90.24%), lead time (2 days), OFCT (1.59 days), daily inventory (0 days) and CTCCT (30 days).
