ANALISIS RANTAI PASOK (Supply Chain) BAWANG MERAH DI KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR
Abstract
This research aims to know supply chain model with FSCN framework, chain performance and the efficiency of the shallot supply chain in Karanganyar Regency. The basic method is used descriptive. Determination of the location used purposively, sampling by purposive sampling. The study used 30 shallot farmer respondents as entry points, followed by snowball sampling. Data analysis used FSCN model, performance analysis using SCOR, and supply chain efficiency analysis with marketing margins and farmer's share. The result of the research is there are 4 shallot supply channels and the condition of the shallot supply chain in Karanganyar Regency has not occurred properly. Chain performance shows results that are not optimal in all indicators. The overall efficiency of the 4 chains has shown optimal results. The highest marketing margin is found in marketing channel III of Rp. 4,667. The highest percentage of farmer's share is in channel 4 with the shortest chains or 86.04%.
