Abstract

The study was conducted in Wonogiri Regency, aiming to determine the income of cassava farming, to find out the average household income of cassava farmers, and to determine the distribution of cassava farming income, distribution of land area of cassava farmers, household income distribution. household income, distribution of household income without cassava farming distribution, and the role of cassava farming income on household income of cassava farmers in Wonogiri Regency. The basic research method is a quantitative descriptive method. The method of determining the location is purposive. The method of determining the sample is simple random sampling. Using the method of farm income analysis, farmer household income analysis and income distribution analysis using the Gini Index (Gini Ratio) and Lorenz Curve. The results showed (1) Total average income of cassava farming was IDR 7,507,906.11 per planting season. (2) The average household income of cassava farmers in Wonogiri Regency is IDR 28,743,256.11 per year. (3) The Gini index value of cassava farming income is 0.38, cassava farming land is 0.35, cassava farmer household income is 0.44. household income without cassava farming is 0.55. The income of cassava farming has a positive role in reducing the level of inequality in household income of cassava farmers in Wonogiri Regency.
