Abstract

ABSTRACT: The research was aims to determine : (1) how much the cost and income of the production of oyster mushroom in Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency, (2) to find out how efficient is the production of oyster mushroom baglog in Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency, (3) to know the risks that occur in the production of oyster mushroom baglog in Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency. The research location was taken intentionally (purposive sampling) in Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency. Sampling is done by non-probability selected sampling techniques, which is saturation sampling/census method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS applications (1) calculating Costs and Income using Microsoft Excel, (2) calculating Efficiency in the production of oyster mushroom baglog using Microsoft Excel (3) knowing the Risks that occur using the SPSS application. The results from this research are the average of  total production cost  the oyster mushroom baglog business is IDR 33,215,231/month, the average oyster mushroom baglog business revenue is IDR 54,228,571/month, the average production income of the oyster mushroom baglog business is IDR 21,013,340/month. The production business in the oyster mushroom baglog business in Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency has been efficient, that is, its R / C> 1 is 1.68. The coefficient of variation (CV) of production risk is 0.21, which means that the production of oyster mushroom baglog has a low risk and has an opportunity to deviate from the expected production of 21%, while the coeficient of variation (CV) income risk is 0.489 with a lower limit (L) in the amount of IDR 440,516,6.
