ANALISIS USAHA PEMBUATAN GULA JAWA DI DESA GUNTURHARJO KECAMATAN PARANGGUPITO KABUPATEN WONOGIRI

Abstract

Abstract: Javanese sugar business is one alternative in the utilization of coconut besides copra and coconut oil.This study aims to analyze the cost, revenue, net income, and business efficiency of Javanese sugar business in Gunturharjo Village, Paranggupito District, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical method.Sample taken 30 using simple method sampling, which divided from 3 members every java sugar group.Data taken by interview using questionnaire. Analysis method using cost and revenue analysis and efficiency analysis.This study shows java sugar business in Gunturharjo village, Paranggupito district, Wonogiri regency produce java sugar 20 days in 1 month which 1 day has 2 produces. This study shows java sugar business in Gunturharjo village, Paranggupito district, Wonogiri regency produce java sugar 20 days in 1 month which 1 day has 2 produces. Total cost java sugar is Rp, 965.201,96 a month. Total revenue java sugar business is Rp, 1.537.333,33 a month. Total return java sugar is Rp, 572.131,36 a month. Java sugar business efficiency is 1,59 which java sugar business is feasible to improved.
