USAHA TERNAK KAMBING PE (PERANAKAN ETAWA) DI DESA GIRIKERTO KECAMATAN TURI KABUPATEN SLEMAN YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the magnitude of costs, revenues, and net income, analyze the level of business efficiency, analyze the risk level of PE goat (Peranakan Etawa) livestock in Girikerto Village, Turi District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in April-May 2017. The data used are one year or one production period. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic method. The research area of Girikerto Village was taken purposively. Sampling of PE goat breeders (Peranakan Etawa) from each group of PE goat breeders (Peranakan Etawa) was carried out by simple random sampling of 30 breeders. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the average cost incurred was IDR 109,509,767.00. The average acceptance of PE goat cultivation is IDR 298,113,600.00. The average income received by PE goat farmers in Girikerto Village is IDR 188,603,833.00. The efficiency of PE goat farming is 2.72. R / C> 1 shows that the PE goat farming business in Girikerto Village, Turi District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta, has been run efficiently. The amount of risk borne by PE goat farming in Girikerto Village, Turi District, Sleman Regency Yogyakarta according to the analysis of the value of CV = 0.29, L value = 77,682,217.00. Based on the calculation of CV and L, it shows that the value of CV = 0.29 means CV <0.5 or the value of L = 77.682.217 means L> 0. This shows that the business of PE goat cultivation in Girikerto Village, Turi District, Sleman Regency Yogyakarta the opportunity to experience a loss.
