ANALISIS USAHA AGROINDUSTRI KERIPIK TALAS SKALA UMKM DI KECAMATAN CIGOMBONG KABUPATEN BOGOR

Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study aims to determine the magnitude of costs, revenues, net income , profitability, business risks and business feasibility of taro chips. The basic method of this research is descriptive analysis method. Determination of location is determined by purposive method or deliberately. The respondent selection method used is the census method . The analytical method used is business analysis which includes: 1) analysis of revenues, costs and net income ; 2) business risk analysis; and 3) business feasibility analysis. The results showed the average cost incurred by taro chips producers was IDR 9,267.6 31 / month, the average receipt of IDR 11,649,200 / month with an average net income of IDR 2,381,569 / month, the value of profitability is 25.70%, which means profitable . Business risk by looking at the coefficient of variation (CV) of 1.03, which means that taro chips business faces risks in conducting its business, and a lower limit value of IDR. -2,527,652 which means there is a chance of loss. Business feasibility can be seen from the BEP of IDR 241.9 30 / month and BEP volume of 19 kg / month, an R / C ratio of 1.33 which means that the business that is run is efficient and feasible to run.
