ANALISIS MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOK (SUPPLY CHAIN) WORTEL DI KECAMATAN TAWANGMANGU KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH MENGGUNAKAN METODE FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN NETWORK
Abstract
Abstract: The research aims to determine the food supply chain network supply chain model , and the performance of the carrot supply chain in Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency. The basic method uses descriptive methods. Purposive research location determination, sampling using purposive sampling method . The study used 30 sample farmers as an entry point, the determination of subsequent samples by the snowball sampling method . The method of analysis using models of the Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) and analysis of performance efficiency with marjin marketing, Farmer's share and efisiensi Marketing. The research result is supply chain management Carrots formed four channel chain and shows the condition of the chain of supply of carrots in the village of Blumbang not go with either. Measurement of the performance of the chain of supply that is chain of supply has not reached the performance of optimal, one of the four channel marketing has value ratio costs and profits are low even though margins and farmer share are high. Channel 2 chain which already has performance efficiency with 33% marketing margin, farmer's share 66.7%, marketing efficiency 38.15%
