PERAN SEKTOR PERTANIAN, KEHUTANAN, DAN PERIKANAN DALAM PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA DI KABUPATEN MAGETAN

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to (1) Calculate the magnitude of the influence of the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors on the absorption of labor outside the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors in the Magetan Regency area, (2) Calculate the magnitude of changes in agricultural sector employment opportunities, forestry , and fisheries in Magetan Regency. The method of determining the location is purposive in Magetan Regency. The analysis used is a labor multiplier number analysis and shift share analysis. The results show that (1) The average value of the 2013-2017 labor multiplier number is 2.45, (2) The agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector has rapid national growth, slow proportional growth and good competitiveness.
