ANALISIS FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI ALIH FUNGSI LAHAN PERTANIAN KE NON PERTANIAN DI KABUPATEN TANGERANG

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the growth rate and the factors that influence the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural in 1998-2017 in Tangerang Regency. The basic method of this research is quantitative descriptive. The method of determining the location is done by purposive and uses secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The type of data analysis used in this study is the growth rate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the rate of growth of conversion of agricultural land to non- agricultural 1998-2017 is negative with an average of -2.10% per year in Tangerang Regency, (2) Factors influencing conversion agriculture to non-agriculture in Tangerang Regency, namely the number of population, GDP per capita, number of industries, and the number of schools with a significant level of less than α=0.05. The variable that has a positive influence is the PDRB per capita and the number of industries, while the variable that has a negative influence is the population and number of schools.
