STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN INDUSTRI KEJU PT. NEDIN KECAMATAN SELO KABUPATEN BOYOLALI
Abstract
ABSTRACT: This research aims to know priority strategy to be applied in a company. The basic method of this research is descriptive. The determination of sample is purposive. The instrument of this research are IFE and EFE Matrix Method, IE Matrix, SWOT and QSPM. The used data were the primary data and secondary data, while the respondent of this research is key informan who knows the internal and external condition of a this company. For additional information, key data is collected from the related department, suppliers and consumers as respondents supporters. The result of this research show that several factors that become of the internal and external, such as the strength, weakness, opportunities and threat. The position or circumstances cheese industry of PT Nedin based on the matrix on V cell, it means the hold and maintanance with strategy market penetration and product development. According to SWOT matrix, the strategy are to increase marketing applicable by widening market segmentation , add variant / types of cheese produced in order to compete, increase production by cooperating with farmers to obtain raw materials, increase the service to the customers to maintain customers loyalty to products cheese of PT Nedin. Then the priority strategy by using QSPM are widening market segmentation and increase production by cooperating with farmers to obtain raw materials.
