PENGARUH MODAL SOSIAL DAN MODAL MANUSIA TERHADAP KESUKSESAN WIRAUSAHA KERAJINAN ROTAN DI DESA TRANSAN KECAMATAN GATAK KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study aims to determine the effect of social capital and human capital variables on the success of rattan handicraft entrepreneurs in Transan Village, Gatak District, Sukoharjo Regency. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The research location is Transan Village, Gatak District, Sukoharjo Regency. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The sample is 40 people who are entrepreneurs of rattan handicrafts in Transan Village. Types and sources of data, namely primary and secondary data. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the social capital and human capital variables together have an effect on the success of the rattan handicraft entrepreneurship in Transan Village. Partially or individually, social capital and human capital influence the success of the rattan handicraft entrepreneurship in Transan Village. The independent variable that most influences the success of the rattan handicraft entrepreneurship in Transan Village is human capital.
