ANALISIS KELAYAKAN INVESTASI USAHA PETERNAKAN AYAM RAS PETELUR DI DESA KIRINGAN KECAMATAN TAKERAN KABUPATEN MAGETAN
Abstract
ABSTRACT : The times are followed by an increase in changes in people's lifestyles and awareness of the importance of improving nutrition and have an impact on dietary patterns. Eggs are a food product of animal origin which is important to fulfill nutrition. Eggs are a food product of animal origin which is important to fulfill nutrition. This study aims to determine cash flow, financial feasibility, and sensitivity level. The basic method of research using descriptive and analytical methods, involving one company as a sample as well as a respondent. The research took place in Kiringan Village, Takeran District, Magetan Regency. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling method. This research uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is cash flow analysis, business financial feasibility analysis which consists of Net Present Value (NPV) analysis, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C), internal rate of return (IRR), and sensitivity analysis. Cash flow analysis shows that the farm business profit is IDR 789,329,369 so that the livestock business is profitable. The financial analysis (real interest rate of 0.00011% per year) resulted in an NPV value of 443,434,491, an IRR of 2.36%, a Net B / C Ratio of 1.80 indicating that the livestock business is feasible to run. Sensitivity analysis shows that the layer breeding business is still feasible to run when there is a decrease in production volume of 1% to 10%, when there is an increase in variable costs of 1% to 20% and when there is a decrease in the selling price of 1% to 10%.
