The basic method used is descriptive analysis. The results of the Minimum Requirements Technique analysis of 2011-2015 show that the sub-sector of Bantul Regency: agriculture, livestock, hunting, agricultural and forestry services, logging and non-fishery sub-sector: fisheries. Basic sub-sector in Gunungkidul Regency: agriculture, livestock, hunting, agricultural services, forestry, logging and fishery. Basic sub-sector in Sleman District: agriculture, livestock, hunting, agricultural and fishery services while non-forestry sub-sector: forestry, logging. The analysis of Williamson Index in 2011-2015 shows that the agricultural sector in Gunungkidul, Kulonprogo and Sleman districts play a role in reducing the inequality of income distribution in each region. This is indicated by a higher Williamson Index score when excluding the agricultural sector in the analysis. The agricultural sector in Bantul has a role to increase the inequality of income distribution. This is indicated by the lower Williamson Index value when excluding the agricultural sector in the analysis.
