PENGARUH FAKTOR SOSIAL EKONOMI TERHADAP DIVERSIFIKASI KONSUMSI PANGAN TINGKAT RUMAH TANGGA ANGGOTA KELOMPOK WANITA TANI DI KECAMATAN NGUTER KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO
Abstract
Abstract:Purpose of this research is determined the source of food availability, the diversification of food consumption, and the influence of socio-economic factors on the diversification of food consumption at the household level of women farmer group members in Nguter Subdistrict Sukoharjo Regency. The basic method of research used is descriptive analytic method. The sampling technique used is by using purposive sampling with the number of respondents as much as 30 respondent. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the main source of food availability is buying. Food Harvest Score (PPH) score reached 106.8. Factors that influence the diversification of food consumption is the amount of energy obtained from the yard, income, and expenditure for food.Key Words: Deserible Dietery Pattern (PPH), Diversification of Food Consumption, Farmer Group Women, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Source of Food Availability
