APLIKASI METODE SWOT DAN QSPM DALAM PENGEMBANGAN KOPERASI SERBA USAHA ROTAN (STUDI KASUS DI KOPERASI TRANGSAN MANUNGGAL JAYA)

Abstract

ABSTRACT : Cooperative Trangsan Manunggal Jaya has economic potential, which one is still wide open. This research aims to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; formulating an alternative strategy; and priority strategies for the all-round Cooperative Trangsan Manunggal Jaya. This basic method research uses descriptive with case studies. The type of the data being used is the primary data and secondary data. Analysis tool used is the IFE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, EFE Matrix, and matrix QSP. The results showed that the All-round Cooperative Trangsan Manunggal Jaya located in Quadrant I (Agressive). Alternative development strategies for the All-round Cooperative Trangsan Manunggal Jaya includes: Enhancing the competitiveness of products with innovation and service products, improving the quality of institutional cooperatives, increasing the role of IT to reach a wider market, and expanding the market share of exports that are well-coordinated. The priorities of the strategy based on Matrix QSPM obtained a score of 5.495 is increasing the role IT to reach out to a wider market.
