ANALISIS PERMINTAAN DAGING AYAM RAS DI KOTA SURAKARTA

Abstract

ABSTRACT : The Purposes of this research is to know the demand of broiler chicken meat an the factors that influence and elasticity of the demand of broiler chicken meat in Surakarta City using secondary data from 1995 – 2015 which is sourced from Agriculture Department of Surakarta and other related institutions. The analysis used with multiple linear regression stepwise method with  SPSS 17. The results showed the demand of broiler chicken meat was fluctuated with increased tendecy and was inelastic. Demand for broiler chicken meat was influenced by the price of broiler chicken eggs, the price of organic chicken eggs and income per capita. Price elasticity of broiler chicken eggs shows as subtitution goods and organic chicken eggs race as complementary goods. Broiler chicken meat including kind of luxury good. Increased supply leads the needs of broiler chicken meat in Surakarta City.
