ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKSI TEPUNG TAPIOKA PADA INDUSTRI SKALA RUMAH TANGGA DI KECAMATAN NGUNTORONADI

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the amount of cost,  income, business efficiency and efficiency of the business of tapioca flour home industries in Nguntoronadi District. The basic method of this research was analytical descriptive and survey.The research location in Semin Village Nguntoronadi Subdistrict Wonogiri Regency.The determination of location was done by purposive and the number of respondent’s were 30 people.Techniques respondent’s taking samples using simple randomsampling method.Types and source of data used consisted of primary and secondary data. The results showed that the cost of the dress used amounting to IDR 1.435.846/month and acceptance gained gained IDR 2.517.814/month, so that the amount of income amounting to IDR 1.081.968/month. The efficiency of the effort of 1.75 which means business is already efficient. Influence factors of production expressed in the Cobb-Douglas production: Ŷ = 0,358 X10,089X21,071 X3–0,157 X40,129X50,071 X6 –0,060. The results ofthe regression analysis shows that the use of factors of production in the form of raw materials (cassava) and additional material (water) individually influential real against the production of tapioca flour, whereas other factors individually have no effect against the real production of tapioca flour.
