ANALISIS USAHA INDUSTRI TEMPE KEDELAI SKALA RUMAH TANGGA DI KECAMATAN PRACIMANTORO KABUPATEN WONOGIRI

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the amount of cost, revenue, income, profit, business efficiency, and business risk of soybean tempe home industries in Pracimantoro Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency. The basic method of research was analytical descriptive and survey. The intake of township and village sample location was using purposive, which was Pracimantoro sub-district with samples of 11 village. The sampling was done by proporsional and random sampling as many as 30 people. Types and source of data used consisted of primary and secondary data. The data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The result showed that the average of total cost from soybean tempe home industries in Pracimantoro Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency is IDR 6,812,647.11/month, with the average of revenue is IDR 8,047,666.67/month. Income that earned by each producer of soybean tempe is IDR 2,419,846.67/month, while average profit for each producer is IDR 1,235,019.56/month. The business efficiency from soybean tempe home industries is 1.19, so the business has been efficient. Soybean tempe home industries in Pracimantoro Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency has a big risk, with possibility of losses is IDR 1,475,956.86 every month.
