PENERAPAN ANALISIS FISHBONE DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PAKCOY ( Brassica rapa L ) DI HORTIMART AGRO CENTER, BAWEN, JAWA TENGAH
Abstract
Abstract: The research aims to know what kind of damage to pakcoy, pakcoy dominant issues, factors that affect the quality of pakcoy and the corrective actions taken by Hortimart Agro Center. This research using descriptive as the basic method. The research location is Hortimart Agro Center, Bawen, Central Java. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis using check sheet, pareto diagram, and fishbone diagram. The results showed problems related to the type of damaged pakcoy, which are pakcoy leaf perforated by 43,72%, the length of leaves to the tip of the stem less than 20cm for 28,95% and the leaves have yellow spots of 27,33%. Factors that affect the damage are humans, tools (screen house), machines (transportation), methods (cultivation techniques), materials and the natural environment.
