ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR SOSIAL EKONOMI YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN USAHATANI UBI KAYU DI KECAMATAN MARGA TIGA KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR

Abstract

Abstrak : This study aimed to determine the amount of costs, revenue, and income of cassava farming in Marga Tiga Subdistrict, East Lampung Regency and factors affecting cassava farming income in Marga Tiga District, East Lampung Regency. The basic method used in this research was descriptive method. The research was located in Marga Tiga Subdistrict East Lampung Regency with consideration that the area was the third rank in the region with the highest cassava producer in East Lampung Regency. A sample of 70 respondents was taken by accidental sampling method. Data analysis methods used were: (1) analysis of costs, revenues and income; (2) regression analysis. The results of this study indicated: That average of cassava farming costs in Marga Tiga Subdistrict was Rp 4,465,171/UT/MT or Rp 6,899,823/Ha/MT, revenue was Rp9,859.286/UT/MT or Rp15,235,099/Ha/MT and income was Rp 5,394,115/UT/MT or Rp 8,335,277/Ha/MT. Factors of land area and labor costs have a significant effect on cassava farming income. The factor that most influences the cassava farming income in Marga Tiga Sub-district is the area of land.
