IMPLEMENTASI SWOT BALANCED SCORECARD DALAM MENGUKUR KINERJA PTPN IX BATUJAMUS, KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR, PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the performance of PTPN IX Batujamus, find the problems affecting PTPN IX Batujamus, and formulate recommendations that can be applied to PTPN IX Batujamus in the future. The research method used is analyticaldescriptive. The method of determining the location in this study is purposive in PTPN IX Batujamus, Karanganyar District. Types of data which are primary data and secondary data (company report 2015-2017). Data collection techniques are done by interviews, observation, and documents. Data analysis is done by SWOT Balanced Scorecard method which involves studying internal and external condition of company looking into financial perspective, customer expression, internal business process, and learning and growth perspective. The results showed that PTPN IX Batujamus with SWOT Balanced Scorecard method is sufficient with the average total performance score is 0.25 which is in the range of 50% -80%.Performance results in each perspective are: financial perspective is considered "enough", customer perspective is considered "enough", internal business process perspective is considered "good", and growth and learning perspective is considered "enough". Identification of the resulting problems there are 10 problems and 10 recommendations that can be applied to the improvement of PTPN IX Batujamus performance.
