STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA JAMUR TIRAM PUTIH (Pleurotus sp.) DI KECAMATAN TASIKMADU KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR
Abstract
Abstract: This research aims to identify the internal and external factors forinfluence the development of white oyster mushroom business, to formulate alternative strategies that can be applied in the development of white oyster mushroom business, determine the strategic priorities can be applied in the development of white oyster mushrooms in Subdistrict Tasikmadu Karanganyar Regency. The basic method of the research is descriptive analytical method by using survey implementation technique. Location of the research determined by purposive in Subdistrict Tasikmadu Karanganyar Regency. Data used are the primary and secondary. Analysis of the data used: (1) IFE, (2) EFE, (3) SWOT matrix of quantitative approach and qualitative approach, (4) QSP matrix. The results show (1) IFE shows there are six strengths and five weaknesses; (2) EFE shows there are seven opportunities and four threats; (3) Alternative strategies that can be applied that is increase product sales volume by optimizing promotion through online media and offline media, white oyster mushroom entrepreneurs synergize with the Government in product exhibition through diversification processed white oyster mushroom; making cooperation with other partners related to the improvement of softskill and processed white oyster mushrooms; doing pricing strategies to maintain customer loyalty (4) The priority of good strategy to be implemented is to increase the sales volume of the product by optimizing promotion through online media and offline media.
