PENGARUH KOMITMEN, KOMPETENSI, KOMPENSASI, KEPUASAN KERJA, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PG. PURWODADI, KECAMATAN KARANGREJO, KABUPATEN MAGETAN
Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect and great effect of commitment, competence, compensation, work satisfaction on work motivation, and work motivation on employee performance on PG. Purwodadi, Karangrejo District, Magetan Regency. The basic method used in this research is descriptive. The method of determining the location is done purposively (purposely) with various considerations. The location used as research place is PG. Purwodadi, Karangrejo District, Magetan Regency. The sampling method was done by judgment sampling method. The sample used in this research is permanent employee of PG. Purwodadi. The number of samples is 60 respondents using 10:1 for each structural path. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that commitment has a significant effect on employee work motivation of PG. Purwodadi and an effect of 43.2%. Competence has no significant effect on employee work motivation of PG. Purwodadi. Compensation has a significant effect on employees work motivation of PG. Purwodadi and an effect of 49.1%. Work satisfaction has no significant effect on employees work motivation of PG. Purwodadi. Work motivation has a significant effect on employees performance of PG. Purwodadi and an effect of 73.5%.
