STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN AGRIBISNIS PADI ORGANIK PADA SEKOLAH PAMONG TANI ORA ET LABORA DI DESA KLEPU, KECAMATAN SOOKO, KABUPATEN PONOROGO
Abstract
Abstract : This research is aimed to identify internal and external factors which become strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat for agribusiness development of organic paddy; to design possible alternative strategy to be implemented in agribusiness development of organic paddy; and to decide the best possible priority strategy for agribusiness development of organic paddy in Klepu Village, Sooko District, Ponorogo Regency. It was located in Pamong Tani Ora Et Labora School. Basic method of this research was analytical descriptive. Analysis instruments used were IFE, EFE, SWOT Matrix, and QSPM. Result of the research was that internal and external condition of organic paddy development in Pamong Tani Ora Et Labora School of Klepu Village Sooko District Ponorogo Regency was identified successfully. Based on the result, three alternative strategies using SWOT matrix were formulated, namely increasing quality of labor, developing and increasing product quality of organic paddy by optimizing available source, increasing investment for technology implementation to improve quality and quantity of organic paddy product. Prior strategy based on QSPM with value total 5.618215 was developing and increasing product quality of organic paddy by optimizing available source using prime seed, exterminate pests and disease using organic pesticide e.gsoursop and garlic leaves extract, cows’ and goats’urine, keeping irrigation chemical free by using fresh water from springs instead of public drain.
