ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH DAN DESAIN METRIK PENGUKURAN KINERJA RANTAI PASOK TEBU (KASUS DI PABRIK GULA MOJO KABUPATEN SRAGEN)
Abstract
Abstract: This aim of this research is to ackknowledge the condition of sugarcane supply chain, value added to the members of supply chain and design of supply chain performance measurement metrics. This research was carried out at Mojo sugar factory, Sragen. The location chosen as purposively in Mojo Sugar Factory. Method of samples determined by using simple random sampling for farmer partners by 40 respondents, purposive sampling method for determination of the supply chain expert at Mojo Sugar Factory of 3 respondents and census method for determination retail by 33 respondents. Technique for collecting data are interview and expert opinion. Data analyzed using descriptive analysis, Hayami method as value added method and Analyric Network Process (ANP) as design of the supply chain performance measurement metric method. The result shows that the condition of supply chain in the Mojo Sugar Factory has performance that is not optimal. Value added analysis shows the proportion of the value added obtained farmers amounted to 2.13%, 49.12% for Mojo Sugar Factory and 48.75% for retail. The result of the metrics design for Sustainable Supply Chain Management’s (SSCM) application are cluster dimension i.e. economic (0.383), cluster actors i.e. company (0.384) and cluster performance indicators i.e. quality (0,201). This is because the quality of being able to determine the price and satisfaction to consumers become the responsibility of the company to produce sugar with good quality so that benefit.
