ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NILAI TUKAR PETANI PADI DI KECAMATAN KARANGANOM KABUPATEN KLATEN

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to (1) determine the farmer exchange value and its determinant in Karanganom sub-district, Klaten District, (2) the factors that affect farmer exchange value. The basic method used in this study is a description method of analysis. The basic method used in this study is an analytis descriptive method. The research locations was chosen by purposive method, namely Karanganom Sub-district, Klaten District. The respondents were selected proportional random sampling. The data used in this research is primary and secondary data. The research data are analyzed by (1) calculation of farm revenue, cost, monthly farm income, food and non-food expenditure and NTP; (2) regression analysis of rice farmer’s exchange value determinant. The results showed that an average farm revenue is IDR 12,444,500.00/season, the average income is IDR 7,779,408.325/season, thus the monthly income is IDR 1,944,852.081, the average total expenditure of food and non-food month IDR 1,884,787.50/month. The rice farmer exchange value is 103.1868, therefore the rice farmer already achieved their welfare. The determinant of Farmer exchange value are age, acreage, land tenure, production, product price, and food and non-food need. Education and family size do not affect the Farmer exchange value.
