ANALISIS EFISIENSI PENGGUNAAN FAKTOR- FAKTOR PRODUKSI PADA USAHATANI JAGUNG DI KECAMATAN SLOGOHIMO KABUPATEN WONOGIRI (Studi Kasus di Desa Sedayu)

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze effect of the use of factors production the land area, labor, seed, Furadan pesticide, manure, Phonska fertilizer and Urea fertilizers against the results of production of corn, analyzing level of efficiency of the use of production factors of corn farming , analyzing magnitude of costs, revenues and incomes of farming corn in the Sedayu village, Slogohimo Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency. The determination of research location done by purposive sampling or deliberately then examined in case study. The number of samples in this study is 60 respondents using proportional random sampling method. Data used are primary and secondary. The analysis of data used is (1) cost analysis, acceptance and  incomes of farming. , (2) an analysis of Cobb-Douglas function, (3) analysis of degree of efficiency. Based on the analysis of farming the corn with a land area of 0.25 Ha, the cost of establishing the farming on 1 hectare in planting season was Rp 4.474.332,00, the reception of the farming was Rp 6.809.000,00 and the  income of the farming was Rp 2.334.668,00. Results research  indicate equations of Cobb-Douglas function as follows: Log Y = Log 1.841 + 0.087 0.042 x 1 + Log Log x 2 + 0.548 + 0.029 X 3 Log Log Log X 4 + X 5 – 0.167 0.044 Log X 6 + X 7 + Log 0.210 + e The result of regression showed that production factors such as ; land area , labor, seed, pesticide Furadan, manure, Phonska  fertilizer and Urea fertilizer together had the real impact towards production. Individually, the factors of production of land area, seeds, manure and Urea fertilizer had the real impact on the production meanwhile labor, pesticide Furadan, and Phonska fertilizer did not have the real impact on it. Based on the research results, the efficiency of use of production factors on maize farming inefficient land area while the seeds, manure and fertilizer Urea not yet efficient. Improvement farmer income by way of cultivating done well so that the quality of a good production will increase the income of farmers. The increase in the efficiency use of production factors namely by increased the use of seeds, manure and Urea fertilizer in accordance with the recommendations of the Department of agriculture.
