Pertemanan Antar Etnis: Analisis Bibliometrik atas Tren, Topik, dan Peta Kolaborasi Penelitian Global
Abstract
Interethnic friendship is often considered rare and less stable. However, empirical evidence regarding how this friendship is formed, especially in Indonesia, is rarely discussed. This study aims to analyze the scope of interethnic friendship through a bibliometric review to map the keywords and their literature development. The analysis process included: (1) determining and defining the search keywords; (2) describing the initial search results; (3) refining the search results; (4) compiling the initial data statistics; and (5) data analysis. All procedures were conducted with the assistance of Publish or Perish, Mendeley, and the VOSviewer program. The initial analysis contained 315 data points accessed in January 2023, and 35 met the inclusion criteria. The results show that the topic of interethnic friendship is divided into one cluster, with the oldest and most frequently used keywords being 2017, while the most recent is 2019. From these 35 data, there are 16 keywords often associated with interethnic friendship, and the 2 most frequent keywords are language and accent and interethnic friendship. Nevertheless, there is still a research gap because the Indonesian setting almost does not appear in the literature. Therefore, this study provides a foundation for further research on interethnic friendship.
