The study's purpose was to determine the Tirto Tedjo batik pattern modifications in Batik Village Laweyan. The Tirto Tejo batik patterns are one of the batik motifs that had become an icon in one of the industries in Batik Village Laweyan and famous at that time. As it grows, Tedjo Tirta batik patterns have ups and downs so that entrepreneurs seek to innovate. The study problems were the meaning, symbols, and power of Tirto Tejo batik pattern in Batik Village Laweyan. The study was used qualitative methods with East Aesthetics approach according to Agus Sachari. Aesthetics are not just symbols and meaning, but also the power. The methods and approaches were assessed the Tirto Tejo Batik patterns as cultural objects. The motif making was influenced by the circumstances surrounding the environment to produce a variety of batik motives. One of the varieties is Tedjo Tirta batik pattern modification.
