BATIK BETAWI DENGAN SUMBER IDE ONDEL ONDEL DAN JIPENG

This article will discuss designing batik based on Ondel-ondel  and Jipeng ideas. Almost all regions in Indonesia have batik, one of them is Betawi. Known as the original ethnic in Jakarta, Betawi has a lot of varieties of art and culture, such as Ondel-ondel and Jipeng that can serve as the visual potential of batik designing. This project design was done by doing the aspects consideration, such as functional aspect, material aspect, aesthetic aspect, and aspect of technique.
