Abstract

ABSTRACT
This legal research aims to analyze and examine the function of regional regulation
number 10 of 2015 concerning Village-Owned Enterprises in the management of
Village-Owned Enterprises. This legal research is included in empirical legal
research which is descriptive in nature with a qualitative approach. The data
source comes from research conducted in Plesungan Village, Gondangejo District,
Karanganyar Regency. The data source comes from secondary data sources namely
books, laws and regulations, and also journals. The results obtained indicate
that the Regional Regulation of Karanganyar Regency Number 10 Year 2015
concerning Village-Owned Enterprises Related to the management of Plesungan
Village-Owned Enterprises has been running effectively and is in accordance with
the intended goals.
