PENGELOLAAN SUMBER PENDAPATAN DESA UNTUK MENDUKUNG OTONOMI DESA DI DESA CEMANI KECAMATAN GROGOL KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Abstract

Village revenue to support village autonomy at Cemani Village in Grogol sub-district Sukoharjo Regency were appropriate with the applicable law, but it still have obstacles that occurred because, Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that the management of the village revenue resources in Cemani Village in Grogol district Sukoharjo Regency, has appropriate with the applicable law. But, in the management there was an obstacle on the delays in disbursement of fund from district government and central government. The allocation of the village revenue that improper to the target and the salary payment of the village officials that was taken from village revenue in form of crooked land but met problems where the land status  in  Cemani Village  had  been  used  by  government  to  develop  industry  or factory and was replaced with the land in Weru Village,meanwhile the value of the land in Cemani Village more expensive than Weru Village.
