Abstract

Research aims to determine the policy used by the Government of Surakarta district in resolve issues of minors child labor for fulfillment of child rights. Data collection conducted by field study and literature study in order to obtain primary and secondary data with qualitative descriptive analytical method. Based on results of research concluded that the Government's policy of Surakarta district in resolve issues of minors child labor order to fulfill child rights by conduct the policy through the stages form of prevention services, risk reduction services, and case management services.
