Inovasi Program Deradikalisasi Eks Narapidana Teroris Melalui Rumah Daulat Buku (RUDALKU) Dengan Pendekatan Literasi

Abstract

Menangani persoalan eks-narapidana teroris (eks-napiters) menjadi masalah besar bagi penanggulangan terorisme di Indonesia. Kembalinya mereka ke masyarakat masih menyisakan resiko, salah satunya adalah keyakinan akan ideologi radikal yang tertanam sejak berada di jaringannya. Akibatnya, eks-napiter menjadi rentan untuk kembali bergabung dengan kelompok teroris, hingga melakukan aksi serupa. Terorisme berakar dari pemikiran radikal yang mengarahkan individu atau kelompok untuk melakukan aksi. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh BNPT dengan program deradikalisasi selama ini masih memerlukan varian pendekatan lain yang diharapkan bisa lebih melengkapi pendekatan yang ada. Terlebih, upaya-upaya dalam program deradikalisasi BNPT tersebut hanya dilakukan dalam jangka waktu tertentu karena keterbatasan sumber daya dan biaya. Karena itu, diperlukan sebuah inovasi baru dalam pendekatan deradikalisasi yang dapat menurunkan risiko teroris bergabung kembali dengan kelompoknya dan bersifat berkelanjutan. Salah satu program alternatif yang ditawarkan adalah deradikalisasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan literasi  melalui program Rumah Daulat Buku (Rudalku).
