EVALUASI SISTEM SALURAN DRAINASE DI RUAS JALAN SOLO SRAGEN KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

Abstract

Channel drainage system in Solo Sragen highway, Karanganyar is open channel drainage system. In the land use area close to the drainage, thereare residences area which can cause puddle around the channel if it occurs high intensity. Because the catchment area can not accomodate theexisting water volume. The purpose of the research is to compare between existing discharge and design discharge. The method used in thia researchis descriptive quantitative. Rainfall characteristics are seen from the line tendency of watershed rainfall for maximum daily rainfall data and theannual rainfall data. Rainfall distribution validity test is Smirnov Kolmogorov test. This analysis using Rasional and using Microsoft Excel2010 for determining accurate rainfall station and examining rainfall data. According to analize data, it can be chose and determined Silamatrainfall station and Kebakkramat rainfall station used in design discharge calculation with Rational method for drainage planning Solo Sragenhighway (Sta 6+500 - Sta 10+500) and the condition of drainage in flowing the flood doesn't fulfill, due to the discharge design (Qdesign) isgreater than the discharge existing (Qexisting) thus channel drainage overflew and caused puddles in the road surface.
