Author Guidelines

A. Publication Policies

Manuscript Submission: Manuscripts should be submitted online through our Website: (https://jurnal.uns.ac.id/kewirausahaan-dan-bisnis/about/submissions#onlineSubmissions) and should be submitted by the corresponding author.

B. General Requirements

  1. All manuscripts must be submitted in English.
  2. The length of the submitted paper is at least 10 pages and no more than 20 pages. 
  3. The manuscript is written in 12 pt, Book Antiqua font, single space in the A4 paper. Margins on all four sides are 3 cm.
  4. Figures and Tables are placed in the manuscript (integrated with the whole manuscript).
  5. The following word processor file formats are acceptable for the main manuscript document for all: Microsoft Word (DOC, DOCX) and Rich text format (RTF) with size not more than 5MB.
  6. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Paper Template if you write in English.
Manuscript sections are written in this order, i.e.:
  1. TITLE
  2. ABSTRACT 
  3. INTRODUCTION
  4. METHOD
  5. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
  6. CONCLUSION
  7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (If any)
  8. REFERENCES

C. Manuscript Format

  1. Title - Maximum 20 words, written with Book Antiqua, font size 12. The title should be accurate, unambiguous, specific, and informative. It should be written clearly and concisely describing the contents.
  2. Author's Name - Font size 12, without title or indication of position and rank. 
  3. Affiliation - Write down the address, zip code, and country with a font size of 10 with an email of the corresponding author.
  4. Abstract - Abstract here is written in Bahasa and English. An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. The abstract must be integrated and independent and consists of introduction, purpose, method, results, and conclusion. However, the abstract should be written as a single paragraph without these headers.  The abstract must be written using 150 to 250 words, which have no reference. Written with sentence case, justify, font Book Antiqua 12.
  5. Keywords - Keywords are the labels of your manuscript and critical to correct indexing and searching. Keywords must be written 4 to 6 words alphabetically, which has not been used in the title. Therefore, the keywords should represent the content and highlight of your article.
  6. Introduction - write a background, an explanation of the research / related services that have already been published (if any). Besides that, it also explains specific things in your research. Also, write down the purpose of your research or community service. Excerpts from references or references are made with (Author's Name, Year) for example (Triharyanto, 2016). Foreign language terms and mathematical symbols are written in italics.
  7. Method - Here is written an explanation of the material and research methods.
  8. Results and Discussion - Write down in full the results of your research. In the discussion, provide theories to strengthen the results of your research.
  9. Conclusion - Conclusions should only answer the objectives of the research. The conclusion should be explained clearly. Withdrawal of conclusions based on new findings is stated accurately and deeply. New findings can be in the form of theories, postulates, formulas, rules, methods, models, and prototypes. Conclusions must be supported by sufficient research data.
  10. Acknowledgment - Recognize those who helped in the research, especially funding supporters of your research. Name the person to help you work.
  11. References - Minimum 15 references. All are written with Titlecase, Justify, Regular, Font Book Antiqua 12. References are from national journals, international journals, proceedings, and books. References are not allowed from the website. 100% of references are from primary citation. All references mentioned must be written based on references arranged from A to Z. References must use Mendeley style APA 7th edition.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word or RTF document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  5. Manuscripts are written using Mendeley.
