4. Description Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang alat ukur stress yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa dengan kriteria; mahasiswa sarjana S1, rentang usia 18 tahun hingga 21 tahun, dan mahasiswa yang mengikuti kelas reguler pagi, dengan fokus pengukuran pada; (1) stress akademik yang dirasakan,(2) stress fisik,(3) stress hubungan interpersonal, dan (4) tekanan lingkungan yang dirasakan. Ciri-ciri dari stress yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa ditandai dengan berbagai perilaku yang bisa dirasakan oleh masing-masing responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Sehingga pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarluaskan angket dalam google form yang berisikan 40 pernyataan favourable yang diadaptasi dari Edition 2020 (Arip, M., dkk. 2020). Responden penelitian sebanyak 150 responden dan hasil uji validitas diketahui bahwa seluruh pernyataan variabel yang diajukan untuk responden adalah valid karena dilihat dari nilai r hitung > r tabel (0,159). Kemudian hasil uji reliabilitas penelitian dinyatakan reliabel karena telah memenuhi nilai yang disyaratkan yaitu Cronbach Alpha > 0,6. Pada uji kualitas instrumen dan data per aspek diketahui bahwa seluruh pernyataan variabel yang diajukan untuk responden adalah valid dan reliabel, karena nilai r hitung > r tabel (0,159) dan nilai Cornbach Alpha > 0,6 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh pernyataan yang ada dalam kuesioner tersebut dapat dikatakan layak sebagai instrumen untuk mengukur data penelitian.

ABSTRACT

This study examines the stress measurement tool felt by students with the criteria; undergraduate students, age range 18 years to 21 years, and students who attend regular morning classes, with a focus on measurement on; (1) perceived academic stress, (2) physical stress, (3) interpersonal relationship stress, and (4) perceived environmental pressure. The characteristics of stress felt by students are marked by various behaviors that can be felt by each respondent that are in accordance with the research criteria. So that data collection was carried out by distributing a questionnaire in a google form containing 40 favorable statements adapted from Edition 2020 (Arip, M., et al. 2020). The research respondents were 150 respondents and the results of the validity test showed that all variable statements submitted to respondents were valid because they were seen from the calculated r value> r table (0.159). Then the results of the research reliability test were declared reliable because they had met the required value, namely Cronbach Alpha> 0.6. In the instrument and data quality test per aspect, it was found that all variable statements submitted to respondents were valid and reliable, because the calculated r value > r table (0.159) and the Cornbach Alpha value > 0.6, so it can be concluded that all statements in the questionnaire can be said to be suitable as instruments for measuring research data.
