The<br />purpose of this study will be to examine the relationship between social support and<br />learning motivation, namely a description of learning motivation with sources of social<br />support that influence each other. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan Penelitian ini memakai tata cara penelitian kualitatif dengan memakai pendekatan riset berbentuk studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen pendidikan harus mampu menciptakan keseimbangan yang tepat antara kedua jenis solidaritas ini. Ini berarti memahami pentingnya mempertahankan norma-norma sosial yang berharga sambil mengakomodasi keragaman individu. Dalam masyarakat modern, manajemen pendidikan harus memungkinkan siswa untuk tumbuh sesuai dengan potensi mereka, memungkinkan partisipasi siswa dalam pengambilan keputusan, mendorong kolaborasi antara pemangku kepentingan, dan merespons dengan fleksibilitas terhadap perubahan sosial.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong><strong> </strong>Dinamika Solidaritas Mekanis; Solidaritas Organik; Manajemen Pendidikan.</p><p><em>Abstract</em></p><p><em>Understanding mechanical and organic solidarity theories, education management can utilise these insights to design an effective, inclusive and relevant education system in the face of continuous social and technological change. The purpose of this research is to explain the Dynamics of Mechanical Solidarity and Organic Solidarity in Education Management: A Durkheimian Perspective. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Dynamics of Mechanical Solidarity and Organic Solidarity in Education Management: A Durkheimian Perspective</em><em>. The results of this study show that education management should be able to create the right balance between these two types of solidarity. This means understanding the importance of maintaining valuable social norms while accommodating individual diversity. Prinsip-prinsip birokrasi Weberian, seperti rasionalitas, aturan yang jelas, hierarki yang tegas, spesialisasi, impersonalitas, dan pemisahan kepemilikan dan manajemen, menciptakan dasar bagi pengambilan keputusan yang lebih rasional, administrasi yang efisien, dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik. While it is not always possible to achieve all of these characteristics in practice, these ideals provide a view of how an efficient and effective organisation should operate. The purpose of this research is to explain the Weberian Bureaucratic Ideals in the Education System: Implications for Management Efficiency and Effectiveness. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. Sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Idealtype of Weberian Bureaucracy in the Education System: Implications for Management Efficiency and Effectiveness.</em><em> The results of this study show that the application of the ideal-type concept of Weberian bureaucracy in the education system has significant implications for management efficiency and effectiveness. The principles of Weberian bureaucracy, such as rationality, clear rules, strict hierarchy, specialisation, impersonality and separation of ownership and management, create the basis for more rational decision-making, efficient administration and better achievement of educational goals. Using qualitative descriptive methods,</em> <em>This study aims to learn more deeply related to the phenomenon of bullying as well as solutions to overcome bullying violence. </em><em>the study identified three main themes: "Mentally Debilitating," "Torturing," and "Gaining Power." The bully, by seniors against juniors, uses power to intimidate and demean the victim. The implementation of guidance and counseling aims to understand the factors that influence adolescent aggressive behavior.The discussion highlighted the role of the family, the pesantren environment, and the need for preventive action and intervention through guidance and counseling. The holding of special socialization is a direction to follow up bullying behavior in pesantren.This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of bullying in Islamic boarding schools and encourages efforts to create a safe environment for all students.</em></p><p>Abstrak</p><p>Penelitian ini terkait fenomena bullying di pondok pesantren dan fokus pada efektivitas bimbingan dan konseling. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari lebih dalam terkait fenomena bullying juga solusi untuk mengatasi tindak kekerasan bullying. Penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga tema utama: "Melemahkan Mental," "Melakukan Penyiksaan," dan "Mendapatkan Kekuasaan." Pelaku bullying, oleh senior terhadap junior, menggunakan kekuasaan untuk mengintimidasi dan merendahkan korban. Adanya pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling bertujuan memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku agresif remaja. Diskusi menyoroti peran keluarga, lingkungan pesantren, dan perlunya tindakan preventif serta intervensi melalui bimbingan dan konseling. Diadakannya Sosialisasi khusus menjadi arahan untuk menindaklanjuti perilaku bullying di pesantren . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai apakah penerapan model pembelajaran puzzle dapat meningkatkan tingkat keaktifan peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang menyertakan serangkaian langkah, termasuk perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian mencakup 34 peserta didik dari kelas X3 SMA Negeri 4 Pasuruan. Metode pengumpulan data menyertakan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap pra siklus, tingkat keaktifan peserta didik sebesar 55,00%. Angka tersebut mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I menjadi 63,72%, dan terus meningkat pada siklus II hingga mencapai 78,43%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada keaktifan belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran puzzle.</p><p align="justify"><strong><em>Kata Kunci</em></strong><strong>:</strong> Keaktifas belajar, Puzzle,Proses Pembelajaran.</p><p align="justify"> <strong>Abstract</strong></p><p class="17" align="center"> </p><p align="justify">Serious problems that arise due to low learning involvement of students in the learning process are the focus of this research. The aim of this research is to assess whether the application of the puzzle learning model can increase the level of student activity. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which involves a series of steps, including planning, implementation, observation and evaluation. The research subjects included 34 students from class X3 of SMA Negeri 4 Pasuruan. Data collection methods involve observation and interviews. Data analysis shows that at the pre-cycle stage, the level of student activity was 55.00%. This figure increased in cycle I to 63.72%, and continued to increase in cycle II until it reached 78.43%.
